Ph.D. students: 180,- EUR
Accompanying person: 180,- EUR

The following services are included in the registration fee:

  • publication opportunity for the registered participants and Ph.D students
  • use of conference rooms and facilities at the venue
  • free wifi internet access
  • coffee and mineral water during breaks of conference
  • Abstract book on USB flashdrive
  • ceremonial congress dinner

[CANCELLATION POLICY OF REGISTRATION]

Cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing by the dates specified:

• Cancellation received between 1st January and 28th Februrary, 2021: 50% refund
• Cancellation on 01st March, 2020 and later: no refund!

Refunds will be made after the Conference by bank transfer. All bank charges have to be paid by the receiver. For more information: alpsadria@otptravel.hu
