[CANCELLATION POLICY OF REGISTRATION]

Cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing by the dates specified:

• Cancellation received between 31st January and 01st March, 2021: 50% refund
• Cancellation on 01st March, 2021 and later: no refund!

Vis Major note: If the event has to be cancelled or postponed due to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation and its related restrictions, the organizers will refund 100% of the registration fee.

All bank charges have to be paid by the participants.

Refunds will be made after the Conference by bank transfer.
