[CANCELLATION POLICY OF REGISTRATION]

Cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing by the dates specified:

• Cancellation received between 31st January and 01st March, 2020: 50% refund
• Cancellation on 01st March, 2020 and later: no refund!

Refunds will be made after the Conference by bank transfer. All bank charges have to be paid by

Cancellations must be sent to Hotel Stok directly in writing by the dates specified:

• Cancellation received before 31st January 2020: 100% refund
• Cancellation after 31st January 2020: no refund!
