By registraion for the 19th Alps-Adria Scientific Workshop the participant accept the Privacy Policy terms of the OTP Travel Agency, also accept that the registration process partially using the Google Form and Cloud services and their Privacy Policy also valid.

3. Rights of the participants about the Personal Data
a) The right to be informed – all organisations must be completely transparent in how they are using personal data (personal data may include data such as a work email and work mobile if they are specific to an individual).
b) The right of access – individuals/participants will have the right to know exactly what information is held about them and how it is processed.
c) The right of rectification – individuals/participants will be entitled to have personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
d) The right to erasure – also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’, this refers to an individual’s right to having their personal data deleted or removed without the need for a specific reason as to why they wish to discontinue.
e) The right to restrict processing – an individual’s right to block or suppress processing of their personal data.
f) The right to data portability – this allows individuals/participants to retain and reuse their personal data for their own purpose.
g) The right to object – in certain circumstances, individuals/participants are entitled to object to their personal data being used. This includes, if a company uses personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, scientific and historical research, or for the performance of a task in the public interest.
h) Rights of automated decision making and profiling – the GDPR has put in place safeguards to protect individuals/participants against the risk that a potentially damaging decision is made without human intervention. For example, individuals/participants can choose not to be the subject of a decision where the consequence has a legal bearing on them, or is based on automated processing.
4. Purposes of collecting the data
Most of our services do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our site without telling us who you are. However, some services (registration for the Workshop; book your accommodation) may require you to provide us with Personal Data which may conclude your direct identifiers, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, invoicing address, nationality, dietary restrictions. We may collect and use Personal Data to provide you with products or services, to bill you for products and services you request, to market products and services which we think may be or interest to you, or to communicate with you for other purposes which are evident from the circumstances or about which we inform you when we collect Personal Data from you. The organizers will delete your stored Personal Data after the Conference (except your e-mail address) on 8th April, 2019. On request the organizers will delete your e-mail address too, if you would not like to get more information about the Workshop and the future events.
5. International Privacy Laws
If you are visiting our site and make registration outside the European Union, please be aware that you are sending information (including Personal Data) to the European Union where the servers are located. That information may be then be transferred back outside the European Union to you. These countries may not necessarily have data protection laws as comprehensive or protective as those in your country of residence; however, our collection, storage and use of your Personal Data will at all time continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy.
6. Legal basis for processing data
The use your Personal Data only to communicate with you for purposes which are evident from the circumstances of the workshop organization (e.g. invoicing, abstract submission etc.).
Only the organizers can see and process your Personal Data.
The organizers will not provide any of your Personal Data to a third party and do not accept that a third party would like to get/collect your Personal Data.

7. Multi and Social media terms
By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the organizers’ aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media,press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform the event organiser on spot, or after the event you can ask the deletion the photos/videos/posts which are contains you and/or your Personal Data.
