The Workshop will be organized in roundtables, oral and e-poster sessions. To submit an abstract you must first register to the Workshop when you can firstly submit your paper.

Ph.D. students: 180,- EUR
Accompanying person: 180,- EUR
The following services are included in the registration fee:
- participation in the conference programs
- publication opportunity for the registered participants and Ph.D students
- use of conference rooms and facilities at the venue
- free wifi internet access
- coffee and mineral water during breaks of conference
- ceremonial congress dinner
- field trips and excursions
[COVID-19 INFORMATION ]
The primary intention of the organizers is to hold the conference in person in compliance with the obligatory health regulations, however, in the event of restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Workshop will be held online in partly or fully at a reduced price. The price difference will be refunded by the organizers after the conference. All bank charges have to be paid by the participants.

[CANCELLATION POLICY OF REGISTRATION]
Cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing by the dates specified:
• Cancellation received between 1st January and 28th Februrary, 2021: 50% refund
• Cancellation on 01st March, 2021 and later: no refund!
Vis Major note: If the event has to be cancelled or postponed due to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation, the organizers will refund 100% of the registration fee.
